The stereo master — the final collector that carries everything you've patched out to your speakers or headphones. Every signal chain in your rack ends here.
Controls
- Vol — overall listening level of the master mix.
Inputs & outputs
- In L / In R — the left and right channels of your finished mix. The right input normals to the left, so a single cable plays dead-centre; patch both for true stereo.
Tips
- Hot signals stacking up at the master can clip, so leave a little headroom on Vol.
- Pan and balance happen upstream — shape your stereo image at the sources, since Vol only rides the overall level.
